Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers, and plan status.
• Research content you upload or generate: documents, chats, grids, notes, and exports.
• Usage data needed to enforce plan limits, such as document counts and monthly research runs.
• Billing data processed by Stripe if you subscribe to Pro. We do not store full card numbers.
• Marketing inquiries you send through demo, contact, or founding-customer forms, including name, work email, firm, and message.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the research application, authenticate users, bill Pro subscriptions, respond to demo and contact requests, and operate and secure the service. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

We use infrastructure and AI providers listed on the security and data handling pages. They process data only to provide their services to us.

Retention

Account and research data are kept while the account is active, until you delete items in the product or ask us to delete the account. See data handling for how to request deletion.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage required for authentication and session management. The marketing site does not currently run a separate advertising pixel.
