Institutional Analytics LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, provides a research workstation for fundamental equity teams. Outputs are decision-support materials. They are not investment advice, a recommendation, or a substitute for your own research and compliance process.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your login. Do not upload data you are not authorized to process. Free and Pro limits are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.
Your content
You retain rights in documents and research you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, index, and process that content solely to provide the service, including sending excerpts to model providers as described in data handling.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another customer’s data, probe the service except through a coordinated disclosure to contact@institutionalanalytics.com, or use the product to generate or distribute unlawful content.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as available. Model-generated text can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify citations against source documents before relying on a conclusion. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular investment process.
Third-party data
Public SEC EDGAR filings are used as a source of reported company and fund disclosures. Selected macroeconomic series are retrieved through the FRED® API. This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. FRED API Terms of Use. Underlying FRED series have their own original sources and usage terms. Earnings-call transcripts, when available, come from Financial Modeling Prep, not from EDGAR.
